Overview
Simwa is Upylon's own SaaS product: a flexible information management system built around WhatsApp. It connects real-time chat with customizable data tables, so small and medium businesses can manage orders, customers, and teams without leaving the conversations they already have with their customers. Owners can configure their own tables and columns, generate order templates straight from a chat, and turn an incoming message into a transaction record with one click.
The Challenge
Most small businesses already sell through WhatsApp, but end up tracking orders, payments, and customers manually across chats, notebooks, and spreadsheets. That makes it hard to keep records consistent, onboard staff, or see the full picture of the business.
Our Solution
Simwa connects directly to a business's WhatsApp number and layers a configurable data system on top of it: custom tables for orders, customers, and transactions, automatic message-to-transaction parsing, broadcast with anti-spam pacing, auto-reply, and role-based access for employees — all from one dashboard.
