Frequently asked questions
Is Simwa an official WhatsApp product?+
No. Simwa connects to WhatsApp through a WA Gateway using an unofficial method that is not supported or endorsed by Meta/WhatsApp Inc. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.
Could broadcasting get my number blocked?+
There is a risk. Simwa applies an automatic 10–18 second delay between messages, batches of at most 20 numbers, and a 6-minute pause between batches to reduce it. But this is a safeguard, not a guarantee — the quality of your content and recipient list remains your responsibility.
What kinds of business is it suitable for?+
Because tables and columns are freely configurable, Simwa works for online shops, clinics, rentals, courses, freelance services, and any other business that needs to record data and communicate over WhatsApp.
Can the trial be used more than once?+
No. The trial period is one per account. Using a different identity to obtain additional trials breaches the Terms & Conditions and may result in the account being blocked.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?+
Your data is kept for a 90-day retention period after the account is deleted or the subscription ends. You can also request earlier deletion through the contact channels provided.
Can I invite my staff?+
Yes. The Team / Sub-Account feature lets you invite staff by email with permissions configurable per module (messaging, broadcast, contacts, auto-reply) and per data table.
